摘要
目的探讨邯郸市食管癌高发的危险因素。方法采用1∶1配对病例对照回顾调查,在邯郸市第一医院选择病例和对照,按照性别和年龄配对,应用logistic回归对研究变量进行分析。结果多因素分析结果显示进食速度快、喜食烫食、食道病变、食管癌家族史及性格抑郁为食管癌危险因素。而常吃蔬菜、良好的人际关系则显出对食管具有保护作用。结论食管癌发病受饮食习惯、食道病变和食管癌家族史的影响。
Objective To discover the major risk factor of esophageal carcinoma. Methods A casecontrol study including eases and controls,who were matched by age and gender,was carried out in the first hospital of handan, factors were analyzed using conditional logistic regression. Results As the results of multivarite regression, eating fast, preference for hot food, esophageal disease, positive history of cancer in relatives and gloom were risk factors of esophageal carcinoma, while frequently eating vegetable and favourable interpersonal relationship were protective factors of esophageal carcinoma. Conclusion The dietary habits, esophageal disease and positive history of cancer in relatives were the major influencing factors of esophageal carcinoma.
