摘要
长期较高浓度的职业性锰暴露会引起中毒,晚期可损害锥体外系神经,出现帕金森综合征的临床表现,如震颤、反应迟钝、肌张力升高和步态不稳等。本文从病因、临床表现、神经病理学、神经影像学检查、治疗以及鉴别诊断等方面综述锰中毒性帕金森综合征的研究进展,以提高人们对其防治的认识。
Manganism is induced by the occupational exposure to high level of manganese, which can injure the extrapyramidal system and cause parkinsonism, a clinical syndrome consisting of tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity, gait and balance problems. This paper summarized the progress of research on manganese-induced parkinsonism which included the etiology, clinical manifestation, neuropathology, neuroimaging, differential diagnosis and treatment, and will be useful for readers to deepen their understanding on the prevention and treatment for it.
