摘要
配电网络进行倒负荷和线路检修时,合环操作是必不可少的环节,但由此产生的环流会影响到系统的安全稳定运行。为辅助调度人员运行决策,提出了计算合环最大冲击电流和稳态电流的方法及数学模型,开发了1套配电网合环决策软件。实践证明,该软件对电网运行操作有一定的指导意义。
Loop closing operation in distribution network is a necessary step of power systems operation, but it may cause large circulation flower affecting security and stability of the system. In order to assist the dispatcher with decision-making, bring forward the method and math model to calculate the impact current and stable current to develop the loop closing operation decision software. Practice improved that, this software has the determinate meaning in the distribution network operation.
