摘要
基于对粘对剂作用的化学原理的探讨,运用分于轨道(MO)理论和基因电负性计算对球团有机粘结剂分子进行了初步设计.根据初步设计的分子模型合成新型球团粘结剂.在实验室中采用该新型粘结剂进行球团制备及焙烧试验、获得了生球抗压强度21.8N/个.落下6.67次/0.5m,于球抗压323N/个.落下16.18次/m,生球爆裂温度820℃,焙烧球团抗压强度大于2000N/个的技术指标.
By discussing the effect of binder on magnetic concentrate's surface, useing thetheory of Molecular Orbit (MO) and caculating the electronegativity of polar group, the molecule ofan organic binder was designed. Based on the type of molecule, the new organic binder was producedin laboratory. In addition to the binder, the comprehesive standards of the green,dry and fired pelletwere up to: the green pellet's compression - strength 21. 8N/pellet, dropnumber 6. 67times/0.5m, shock temperture 993K; dry Pellet's compression - strength 323N/pellet, dropnumber 16. 18times/m, and fired pellet compresssion-strength 2000N/pellet.
