摘要
用慢应变速率试验技术研究了五种不同锡含量的黄铜(Cu-30Zn)在1N NaNo_2溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂行为,研究结果表明:在-100 mV(SCE)电位条件下,锡能有效地抑制黄铜在1N NaNO_2溶液中的脱锌和应力腐蚀开裂,其最佳锡含量在0.4%左右;在开路电位条件下,含锡黄铜也都不发生应力腐蚀开裂。
The behaviour of stress corrosion cracking of 70/30 brass with various Contents of Sn in 1N NaNo_2 solution has been investigated using slow strain rate test (SSRT) method. The results showed that an addition of ca. 0.4%(wt) Sn to 70/30 brass may effectively retard both the dezlncification and scc propagation of the alloy in 1N NANO_2 solution at an applied potential of-100 mV_((SCE)). No evidence of SCC was observed for 70/30 brass containing Sn at open circuit potential in that solution.
