摘要
研究目的:确定环境友好型土地利用的概念、评价指标体系和适宜的评价方法。研究方法:文献资料法、理论分析法、多指标综合评价法、组合评价法、统计检验法。研究结果:构建了一套包括40个指标、具有层次结构的环境友好型土地利用评价指标体系;确定变异系数法确定权重的TOPsIs评价方法为最优评价方法;重庆市计算结果表明,除2005年之外,土地利用的环境友好水平总体上呈逐年升高的趋势。研究结论:评价指标体系基本可以反映环境友好型土地利用的状态和水平;建立的指标体系和评价思路比较适合于环境友好型土地利用模式的评价;重庆市今后应从优化土地利用结构和提高资源利用效益两方面提高土地利用的环境友好水平。
The purpose of the paper is to determine the concept of the environment-friendly land use, evaluation index system and suitable evaluation method. Methods employed include documentation, theory analysis, multi-index comprehensive evaluation, combination evaluation and statistic test. The results show that the paper set up a environment-friendly land use evaluation index system including 40 indexes with hierarchy and the TOPSIS of weights was proved to be the best evaluation method. The overall level of environment-friendly land use in Chongqing City showed an increasing trend year by year except 2005. It is concluded that the evaluation index system basically can reflect the state and level of environment-friend land use and the index system is relatively suitable for the evaluation of mode of environment-friend land use. The level of environment-friend land use in Chongqing shall be enhanced in two ways: optimizing the laud use structure and enhancing the resource use efficiency.
