摘要
针对提捞井中光纤电视测井提出了一种视频资料定量解释方法,设计并实现了集视频编解码、图像处理、参数测量、报告生成、数据库管理等为一体的软件系统。主要功能包括,通过投影法对图像中有用文字信息进行识别,用自动阈值分割方法计算指定深度的视含油率、视含气率并生成报表,可以对孔眼按深度进行统计;运用光学成像原理与MFC函数相结合的方法计算任意形状井内落物的周长、面积等参数,对预处理后图像进行高斯、拉普拉斯边缘检测识别和统计孔眼数目;光纤电视测井图像处理系统采用模块化结构设计,通过接口调用各个功能模块,进行相关处理操作;系统可以根据视频图像质量灵活选用不同的图像处理方法,具有很高的自动化水平。利用光纤电视测井图像处理系统对20井次的现场试验资料进行解释,均见到了较好的效果。该测井图像处理系统技术能够解决井下套管状况检测和提捞井产出剖面描述等生产实际问题。
A quota well-logging method was presented in this paper for DHV services in bailing well. Based on this method, a software system including video coding and decoding, image processing, parameter measurement, report generating and database management was designed and implemented. The main function includes: identify usable information of characters in the image by projection; calculate apparent oil-rate, apparent gas-rate in appointed depths and generate reports by auto-threshold; calculate parameters such as circumference, area of dropping object with arbitrary shapes in the well by using optical image principle and MFC functions; identify and count bore holes by using Laplacian of Gaussian method of edge detection for pretreated images. Twenty well data have been processed with DHV image processing system, results of which are satisfactory. The DHV image processing system is modular design, flexibly and automatically selects different image processing methods according to the video image quality, and has the ability to provide downhole casings and production profile data.
