摘要
从CDM项目额外性分析、基准线情景识别方面探讨了甘肃玉门发展CDM风电项目的适宜性与潜力,根据计算确定的基准线排放因子,结合玉门地区不同时期装机容量的变化,讨论了目前、规划期间及未来开发中玉门地区拟定CDM风电项目的相对CO2减排量与减排效益变化,为获取各种资源发展CDM风电项目提供了依据.
The potential of developing a CDM wind-power project both by CDM additional analysis and environmental identification of the baseline was discussed. According to the baseline emission factor by calculation, combined with different-period doors installed, the quantity of comparative CO2 and the emission reduction benefited from CDM wind-power projects were analyzed for several important periods, i.e. the present, the planning period and the future, so we can have access to all kinds of resources for developing CDM wind-power projects.
