读者投诉是高校图书馆服务工作中常见的问题。正确认识读者投诉、有效处理和减少读者投诉的问题,不断提高服务质量,是图书馆良性发展、实现最终目标的必由之路。
The complaints from readers are the common occurrence in the library services. The article discusses how to correctly recognize the complaints, effectively handle and reduce the complaints. It is the only way for the library to improve the service work, achieve the virtuous development, and reach the final goal.
