摘要
对于确定的伺服系统,在高、低温环境复合高速运动条件下,驱动电源受环境温度影响性能下降,导致系统的驱动能力下降。描述了适用于非恒定斩波频率的步进电机驱动技术。研制了驱动电源;介绍了系统的组成,驱动电源的设计及控制方法,并对测试及试验结果进行简单说明。
One type of servo system needed to operate properly under compound conditions of high temperature, low temperature and high speed. Due to the decreasing of the old step driver power working performance influenced by the temperature environment, the driving capacity of servo system couldn't meet the requirement. Based on the no constant frequency chopping drive technology, a new step driver power was developed and good effect was achieved in testing. In this paper, the buildup, design and control method of step driver power were described in detail. And the results of experiment and test were introduced briefly.
