摘要
RNA干扰(RNAi)是近几年来发现的研究生物体基因表达、调控与功能的一项崭新技术,近几年许多研究应用siRNA(small interfering RNA)对胃癌相关的致癌因子进行RNA干扰,在体内和体外试验中均产生了明显效果,从而促进了胃癌基因治疗研究的快速发展。随着研究进展更多的与胃癌相关的致癌因子和抑癌因子被发现,并成为胃癌基因治疗的新靶点。
In recent years, RNA interfere is a new technology which have been used in the study of the gene expression, regulation and function. In recent studies including vivo and vitro, siRNA is applied to interfere the RNA of gastric cancer related cancerigenic factor, which have all proved obvious effects. The technology has promoted the study of gastric cancer gene therapy. More and more gastric cancer related cancerigenic factors and suppressor factors have been discovered along with further study, and have become the new target of gastric cancer gene therapy.
