摘要
影像学检查是诊断急性胰腺炎较有价值的指标。急性胰腺炎的病程发展与炎症因子的相关性研究,与辅助检查的相关性研究,如与血、尿淀粉酶的相关性,都存在一定的规律,而急性胰腺炎的病理变化、影像表现与病程变化的相关性尚未有定论。此文综述了影像学检查对急性胰腺炎病程变化的相关研究进展。
Imaging examination is a very valuable index for diagnosis of acute pancreatitis（AP）. The correlation research about the course of diseases and inflammatory factor of AP has its own roles meanwhile the pertinence research about its variation and assistant examination, such as serum and urine amylase, has its own laws. However, the relationship among pathological variation, imaging manifestation and the development of AP is still unclear. By exploring the rules of different phase of imaging variation in the early stage, the pinnacle of it and after clinic treatment, we hope to find some rules to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
