摘要
如何才能使我国企业更好地建立内部创业环境、制定内部创业规则以及激活内部创业活动,是在当前建设创新型社会的大背景下,对企业长远发展意义重大的问题之一。本文试从当前理论界比较前沿的企业动态能力的角度出发,理论探讨这一命题,以期得出一些可以借鉴的结论。
How to build intra-entrepreneurial environment, constitute intra entrepreneurial rules and incent intraentrepreneurial activities in Chinese enterprises effectively is the most important and meaningful issue, especially in the background of building innovative society. The paper will give theoretical analysis to the problem from the point of view： academic advanced concept ＂dynamic capabilities＂, it will give us some meaningful suggestions in the end.
