摘要
构建合理的城市土地权利体系,有利于充分利用城市土地,防止土地资源的闲置和浪费。大陆法系国家和地区在城市土地上设定的用益物权主要有地上权、地役权、人役权、典权等。应当借鉴其他国家的经验,并结合具体国情构建中国的城市土地权利体系。
Construction of a reasonable system of urban land rights would help to make full use of urban land and prevent waste of land resources. The urban land rights of civil law countries and regions were usufruct on the ground, easement, easement for special people, fight of pawn and so on. China should learn from the experience of other countries and combine with specific national conditions to construct own city land rights system.
