摘要
通过人工接种试验对滨白、海赛克斯、依莎、罗曼和ＡＡ各品种鸡对传染性法氏囊病病毒的敏感性进行了研究，结果表明，各品种试验鸡均表现传染性法氏囊病的临床症状和病理变化；法氏囊指数、胸腺指数和脾脏指数在各品种鸡间虽有差异，但无统计学明显差异；病理组织学上，法氏囊损伤程度各蛋鸡品种较ＡＡ肉鸡损伤明显（Ｐ＜０．０５），胸腺损伤程度各品种间无明显差异。
The experiment was conducted to study the sensitivity of somebreed chicken to infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) throughinoculation of Harbin White , Hisex , ISA , Romen and Arbor Acres chicken. Results showed that every breed chicken showed typical IBD clinicsymptoms and pathological changes. The Bursa of Fabricius index , thymusindex and spleen index had some difference but had not statisticdifference significantly (P>0. 05) . At the aspect of histopathology , thedamage degree of Bursa of Febricius of egg breed chicken was moreserious than that of AA broiler (P<0. 05) ,however they had notdifference at the sapect of thymus damage degree in these breed chicken,
