摘要
研制了输电线路冰风图像监测系统,简述了其系统构成和技术特点,给出了监控装置的具体设计方法。系统运行结果表明:现场监控装置对电力杆塔、线路现场的图像、气象信息进行采集、压缩、分组后,通过GPRS/CDMA无线网络传输到监控中心,运行人员在监控中心就可全面了解线路覆冰或舞动的情况,及时采取措施将事故消灭在萌芽状态。
A remote-image-monitoring system of transmission line icing and galloping was developed, the composition and the technical features of which were described, and the designation of the on-line monitoring unit was introduced in details. The running results show that the image of towers, and transmission lines and the meteorological information were gathered, compressed, grouped, and dispatched to monitoring centre by GPRS or CDMA communication net, in this way all information of transmission lines icing and galloping can be known by persons on duty, and that the safe operation of transmission line can be effectively taken in the embryonic stage.
