摘要
从多体系动力学理论及有限元理论出发,研究了C50-8.83/0.98型汽轮机转子虚拟样机构建的原理,分析了支承刚度对转子临界转速的影响,并以支承刚度变化时的工况为条件,分析了转子-叶片蒸汽弯应力的变化情况,从而总结出支承刚度对转子动力学特性的影响规律。
Start from the multi-bodied dynamics theory and finite element theory, the constructional principle of rotor virtual prototype of C50-8.83/0.98 typed steam turbine was studied, and the influence of supporting stiffness on the critical rotary speed of rotor was analyzed. And taking the operation mode while the supporting stiffness varies as the condition, the variety situation of rotor-blade steam bending stress was analyzed, thus summarized the law of influence of supporting stiffness on the rotor dynamics property.
