摘要
针对目前位置控制伺服系统动态性能较难准确测量的问题,提出了一种基于激光和数字图像处理的测量思路,实现了对运动轨迹的数字化监测,并以某火炮检修中的位置控制伺服系统为例,详细介绍了系统组成、软件处理系统及相应的试验结果。这是开展位置控制伺服系统动态性能准确测量的有益尝试。
In order to improve the measuring accuracy for dynamic performance of position control servo systems, the novel measuring concept based on laser and digital image processing is put forward, and the digitized supervision of movement locus is fulfilled. With the position control servo system in gun maintenance as example, the system composition, software processing system and related test result are described in detail. This is beneficial attempting for measuring dynamic performance of position control servo systems accurately.
