摘要
多元受限的地面等待策略即飞机地面等待时间的最优配置,是空中交通管理系统具有的最重要功能之一,是空中交通流量控制中战略管理的重要内容。最优配置旨在减少或消除飞机的空中等待延时,提高空中交通流量。本文在单机场受限地面等待策略问题的基础上,研究了确定容量条件下的多元受限地面等待策略问题,建立了数学模型,并提出了一个启发式和专家系统相结合的流量管理新算法。论文最后利用广州区域某日典型的航班飞行实际数据,对所提算法进行了仿真验证,结果表明该算法是实际可行的。
One of the most important functions of any traffic management system is the optimal assignment of “groundholding” times to flight, i.e., the determination of weather and by how much the takeoff of a particular aircraft headed for a congested part of ATC system should be postphoned in order to reduce the likelihood and extent of airborne delays. Considering the restriction of multiple airport and airspace capacity, multiple unit ground holding strategy problem with deterministic capacity is studied, including the mathematical model and a new algorithm based on heuristic method and artificial intelligence. The algorithm is verified by using the practical flight data in Guangzhou area. The result shows that the new algorithm is feasible.
