摘要 选用十二烷基磺酸钠充当乳化剂,采用相反转法制备了环氧树脂乳液,研究了乳液在制备过程中乳化剂用量、乳化温度对其平均粒径和稳定性的影响,硬脂酸盐类长链缓蚀剂作为包覆剂对具有优良性能的绢云母粉进行表面包覆改性,用扫描电镜观察了绢云母粉包覆前后的表观形貌变化,并计算了包覆量。 Adopting sodium dodecyl sulfonate as emulsifier, through phase reversion method, we have prepared epoxy resin latex and studied the influence of emulsifier amount and emulsifying temperature on average particle size and stability of latex. Adopting long chain inhibitor of stearic acid as coating agent, through encapsulation method, we have modify sericite powder of good performance, and observed the change of apparent morphology of sericite powder before and after encapsulation and calculated the amount of encapsulation.
