摘要
通过对国内学者近三十年来有关"旅游教育"研究的期刊文献的统计分析,分别从旅游教育发展与学科建设、旅游教育功能与人才培养、旅游教育结构体系、旅游课程与教材、旅游教育教学、旅游教育管理与师资六个方面对"旅游教育"的研究进行综述,并对研究中存在的问题和今后需要重视的问题进行了分析。
Through the statistical analysis of the Chinese scholars＇ research documents concerning tourism education in the latest thirty years, this article presents a sunmmarized account of domestic research on tourism education in six aspects：the development of tourism education and construction of discipline, function of tourisra education and human resource development, course of tourism and textbook, teaching of tourism education, teaching of tourism education, tourism education management and faculty. This article reflects the progress, academic trends, and puts forward some theoretical and practical problems to which special attention should be paid in the days to come.
