摘要
某雷达寻的导引头用于某导弹的末段制导,其技术指标的优劣直接影响到导弹的命中精度,在导引头的研制、生产过程中,迫切需要研制相应的地面测控系统,以便对导引头进行全面而灵活的测试;在详细需求分析的基础上,设计了一种基于ARM9控制器AT91RM9200的导引头地面测控系统;该系统采用了嵌入式Linux技术、数据采集技术、同步串行通信技术以及直流电机驱动技术等,不仅可以完成导引头的静态测试,而且可以完成导引头动态性能的测试,它具有控制灵活、可靠性高、易于维护等特点;经试验验证,该系统各项功能指标能够满足导引头全面测试的需求。
A seeker is used as the terminal guidance for the missile and its functionality affects directly the missile's shooting precision. During its design and production, the ground test and control system is strongly needed to present comprehensive and flexible test. After the detailed analysis of the system requirements, the scheme of a kind of ground testing and controlling system is presented, in which the tech nique of embedded system, data acquisition, synchronized serial communication, and drive for direct current eleetromotor are adopted. This system is characterized for flexibility, reliability and maintenance, which not only can carry out static test for the seeker, but also dynastic test. Experiment result shows that it achieved expected performance.
