摘要
燃油调节器防喘装置是实现发动机工作过程中控制发动机主燃烧室主、付油路供油的执行装置;为燃油调节器防喘试验装置设计的测控系统实现了试验过程的自动化;该系统采用面向对象的原理和虚拟仪器技术设计。集成数据处理、数据库、自动控制等技术,在高速计算机环境下,实现对防喘试验器性能参数的采集、存储、监测、数据处理、分析、控制、报表输出及试验数据管理,具有对试验全过程的分析处理能力;系统在试验台的应用实践表明,操作使用简便、控制准确、测试精度高、完全满足生产试验的要求。
The fuel regulator surge prevention device is a actuating unit which control fuel supply of the first and second fuel path of the main chamber when the engin is working. The surge prevention experiment can carry out automatically by using this test and control system. The system is designed according to the object--oriented programming principles and virtual instrument technologies under the environment of high speed computer. By using the data processing technology, database technology and the automatic control technology, the system can fulfill the functions as acquisition and storing of monitoring performance parameters, data storing and analysis, journaling exportation and da ta management. It can analyse all process of the test-- rum. Practice has proven that this system has the advantages of simple operation , good reliability, high production efficiency and can cover all the needs of the experiment.
