摘要
以NDA-150树脂为吸附剂,研究了该树脂对垃圾渗滤液生物处理出水中有机物的吸附特性.结果表明,该树脂的吸附率受溶液的pH值影响较大,其最优pH值为2.0.静态吸附动力学显示,树脂初期吸附速度较快,24h内可使最终出水的COD满足直排标准(<100mg/L);72h基本达到吸附平衡.吸附过程符合Freundlich方程,吸附放热,且为促进吸附过程.动态吸附脱附试验表明,1.000gNDA-150树脂的COD吸附量为175.6mg/g树脂,且脱附峰比较集中,当NaOH脱附液体积为120mL时,有机物脱附率为99.8%.
NDA-150 resin was adopted as adsorbent for the removal of organic matters from leachate biological treatment effluent. The pH of leachate influenced the adsorption rate on NDA-150 resin greatly, and the optimum pH was 2.0. Static adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption was faster in the beginning and the COD of final effluent was lower than 100 mg/L in 24 hours. The adsorption process reached equilibrium in 72 hours, and could fit well with Freundlich equation. The adsorption process was exothermal and exhibited the favorability of organic matters onto NDA-150 resin. The breakthrough curve and desorption curve showed the adsorption capacity of COD for NDA-150 resin was 175.6 mg/g, and desorption peak was lumped. When volume of NaOH was 120 mL, 99.8% of adsorbed organic matters were desorbed.
