摘要
现行征地补偿偏低,导致失地农民生活水平下降,有必要对失地农民进行有效安置。对广州失地农民安置意愿的实证研究表明。农民个人特征、农户家庭特征和土地位置是影响广州失地农民安置意愿的主要因素。因此,应针对具体情况,对失地农民实行差别化的安置政策。
The land expropriation compensation is so low that the living standard of most farmers who have lost their land has descended.It is necessary to arrange for them. The research shows that the factors which infulences landlost famers＇ inclination of accepting arrangement in Guangzhou includes that famer＇s personal and family characteristics, as well as the location of land are the main factors. Therefore, according to this conditons, the diversified policies should be taken to arrange land-lost famers.
