摘要
[目的]提高紫苏子的产油率。[方法]采用机械压榨法、化学萃取法、索氏提取法和超临界CO2萃取法提取紫苏子油,以紫苏子萃取后的出油率为考察指标,筛选适宜的紫苏子油的提取方法。[结果]机械压榨法、化学萃取法、索氏提取法和超临界CO2萃取法的出油率分别为12.79%、15.37%、18.52%、38.58%。超临界CO2萃取法的标准差最小,数据可靠;机械压榨法的标准差最大,数据不可靠。索氏提取法每次提取的量较少,只能用于试验研究;化学萃取法的提取溶剂有毒,会造成一定的污染和毒害。超临界CO2萃取法优于其他方法,但其成本太高。[结论]超临界CO2萃取法提取紫苏子油更可行。
[ Objective] The study was to increase the oil yielding rate of pefilla seed. [ Method] The methods of mechanical compression, chemical extraction, soxhlet extraction and supercfitical CO2 extraction were taken to extract the oil in pefilla seed. With oil yielding rate of perilla seed after extraction as investigation index, the suitable extraction method for oil in perilla seed was screened. [ Result] The oil yielding rates with the method of mechanical compression, chemical extraction, soxhlet extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction were 12.79%, 15.37 %, 18.52% and 38.58 % resp. The standard deviation of extraction method with supereritieal CO2 was the smallest, and from which the data was reliable. The standard deviation of mechanical compression method was the biggest,and from which the data was unreliable. The extraction amount with soxhlet extraction method was less in each extraction,and this method could be only used in experimental study.The extraction solvent of chemical extraction had poison which could cause some pollution and toxicity. The supercfitieal CO2 extraction method was better than other methods,but its cost was too high. [Conclusion] It was mere feasible to extract the oil in perilia seed with superefitical CO2 extraction method.
