摘要
论述网络环境下期刊信息的特征和用户需求所发生的变化；
Abstract Points out that in the network environment, the characteristics of periodicals′ information and the demands of library users have already changed and therefore the ways for collecting periodicals′ information must be changed, too. The following collection tactics should be chosen: the library stock of information resources has to be built up well, the domestic information resources should be shared and the periodicals′ information resources from Internet be made use of.
