摘要
从可操作性出发,基于系统分析和定量评价的方法,建立了人力资源优化配置模型,为人力资源的优化配置提供了一种量化管理的具体方法,并设计了求解此问题的改进的粒子群优化算法,数值模拟结果表明了该算法的有效性。
A novel optimal configuration model of human resource based on the method of systemic and quantitative analysis is proposed, which gives a method of quantitative management of human resource. A advanced particle swarm optimization is also design to solve the question and the experimental result indicates the validity of the advanced algorithm.
