摘要
本文分析了企业实施CIS战略过程中产生的信息流的类型和特点,据此提出了CIS信息流模型。根据这个信息流模型,提出了改革企业信息部门组织结构体系的设想,以确保为企业导入实施CIS提供高效的信息支持和组织保障。
The author put forward a model of CIS information flow based on the analysis of the type and feature of the information flow in the process of enterprise's CIS strategy implementation. In order to provide information and organization support for CIS implementation ?the author also raised a plan of reforming the enterprise's information department.
