摘要
以传统Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的基本配方为基础,制备成沥青质量分数为2%的Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料和改性石墨质量分数分别为2%、4%和6%的Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料,对比研究了这几种浇注料的流动性及经110℃、1 100℃和1 500℃处理后浇注体的体积密度、体积稳定性、强度、抗氧化性和抗渣性。结果表明:随着碳源由沥青改为改性石墨以及随着改性石墨加入量的增多,浇注料的需水量增多;不同温度处理后浇注体的体积密度均先增后降;烘干后强度降低较多,烧后强度变化相对较小;抗氧化性差别不大;高温抗折强度明显提高;添加改性石墨的浇注料比添加等量沥青的抗渣性差,但随着改性石墨加入量的逐渐增多,其抗渣性又有所提高。
Al2O3 -SiC-C castables with 2% pitch or 2%,4% and 6% processed graphite respectively were pre- pared based on the basic formula of traditional Al2O3 - SiC - C castables. The flowability of castables,and bulk density, volume stability, strength, oxidation resistance and slag resistance of specimens fired at 110 ℃,l 100 ℃ and 1500 ℃ respectively were comparatively studied. The results show that: (1)With carbon source changing from pitch to processed graphite and the increase of processed graphite addition, water requirement of castables increases,bulk density of specimens fired at different temperatures increases firstly and then decreases, strength after drying decreases obviously, strength after firing and oxidation resistance change slightly, hot modulus of rupture increases obviously; (2)Slag resistance of specimen with processed graphite is worse than that of specimen with the same amount of pitch, but the former is obviously improved with the increase of processed graphite addition.
