摘要
12例原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭患者，通过应用中西医治疗，西药以强的松为主，无效者配以环磷酰胺；中药以温补脾肾、化温降浊、活血化瘀之品。经治疗，12例肾功能全部恢复正常，其中完全缓解8例，占66．7％，部分缓解4例，占33．3％，达到完全缓解或部分缓解所需时间为76．9±27.04天。提示原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭多为一种可逆性肾衰。
12 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure were treated bymeans of integrated TCM and WM. Prednisone was principal west medicine, accompanied with cyclophos-phamide if there was no effect. Chinese drugs were used to warm and tonify the spleen and kidney, removedampness, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. After the treatment, the renal function of allthe 12 patients recovered, in which there were 8 cases completely recovered, accounted for 66. 7%, 4 casespartially recovered, accounted for 33. 3%. It took 76. 9±27. 04 days to get that effect. The result indicatethat primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure is most likely one kind of reversible re-nal failure.
