摘要
采用高效液相色谱法，以电化学检测测定黄芩苷的血浆药物浓度．流动相０．１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１磷酸二氢钾：乙酸：四氢呋喃（１０００：１００：１９０），色谱柱ＥＲＣ－ＯＤＳ－１１６１（６ｍｍ×１００ｍｍ），检测电压＋６５０ ｍｖ，柱温５５℃，流速０８ ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１．结果：该方法的最小检测浓度为５０ ｎｇ·ｍＬ－１，平均回收率９３．６％，重现性好．
The contents of baicaline in plasma were determined by the method of HPLC-ECD under following conditions: column-ERC-ODS-1161,6mm × 100mm, temperature －55℃, flow phase-0.lmol·L^-1 KHPO,acetic acid and tetrahydrofuran(1000: 100: 190); flow rate -0.8ml·min^-1;volt of detector-+650mv. The result showed the minimum determination of baicaline to be 50ng,with an average recovery of 93.6.Highly reproducible.
