摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以电化学检测测定黄芩苷的血浆药物浓度.流动相0.1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾:乙酸:四氢呋喃(1000:100:190),色谱柱ERC-ODS-1161(6mm×100mm),检测电压+650 mv,柱温55℃,流速08 ml·min-1.结果:该方法的最小检测浓度为50 ng·mL-1,平均回收率93.6%,重现性好.
The contents of baicaline in plasma were determined by the method of HPLC-ECD under following conditions: column-ERC-ODS-1161,6mm × 100mm, temperature -55℃, flow phase-0.lmol·L^-1 KHPO,acetic acid and tetrahydrofuran(1000: 100: 190); flow rate -0.8ml·min^-1;volt of detector-+650mv. The result showed the minimum determination of baicaline to be 50ng,with an average recovery of 93.6.Highly reproducible.
