摘要
概述高职教育的特点和现状,提出在鼓励教师技术能力的同时,加强高职院校双师型教师的教育特质;订单培养应在专业基础课完成之后进行,订单中应增加对企业的约束和对学生利益保护的条款;职业伦理课单列,将泛化的思想品德教育变成与专业对应的职业伦理学习;专业知识的传授都必须扎实基础并完备体系,使其成为就业的最根本竞争力。
This article initially gives a brief account of characteristics and current situation of higher vocational education. Then it presents some solutions to hot issues as follows： （1） The quality of dual-qualified teachers as well as their skill should be improved;（2） Order-oriented training mode should be applied after the completion of basic courses for specialty. Meanwhile, terms to restrain enterprises and to protect students＇ benefits are required to be included in the ＂order＂;（3） Professional ethics courses have to be transformed from normal moral education courses to those closely related to corresponding specialties and be provided separately; （4） The teaching of professional knowledge should concentrate on laying a solid foundation for equipping students with core competivity for employment.
