摘要
随高校体育教学改革,体育教师素质的高低对教学的影响日益突出,这对体育教师的素质就提出了更高的要求.然而,目前高校体育术科教师的素质存在诸多不足,传统"重文轻武"思想的影响,继续教育观念的淡薄和制度的不健全,术科教师对自身专业认识和自身定位的模糊等,都造成了当前术科教师素质的缺失.
With the development of the reform ofPE, PE teachers＇ quality has an outstanding influence on the education, which concerns the complement of teaching aims and tasks. It makes a high requirement on PE. teachers＇ quality, which, but is imperfect now. Asfor traditional ideal of attaching importance to humanities and despising physical education, lack of the ideal of continuing education and the morbidity of institutional, gym teachers have no clear understanding in self major, which makes the imperfection of quality of gym teachers in colleges and universities now.
