摘要
目的研究酸浆水提物的抗炎作用与一氧化氮的关系。方法用酸浆水提物低、中、高剂量给大鼠灌胃7d,并设立生理盐水对照组与氢化可的松阳性对照组,于大鼠右后足跖皮下注射1%角叉菜胶诱导急性炎症模型,测定各组足趾肿胀程度以及血清中一氧化氮含量。结果酸浆水提物能剂量依赖性降低角叉菜胶导致的大鼠足趾肿胀程度,并剂量依赖性降低血清中一氧化氮的含量,其抗大鼠足趾肿胀的作用与降低血清中一氧化氮水平呈正相关。结论酸浆水提物具有抗炎作用,其抗炎作用与抑制体内一氧化氮水平有关。
Objective To Study the relationship between anti - inflammatory effect of water extract Physalis and nitric oxide. Methods Sixty SD rats were divided randomly into 6 groups, water extract physalis groups :force feeding with water extract physalis in the low - dose, medium - dose and high - dose for 7 days ; normal saline group and the hydrocortisone group : force feeding with normal saline and hydroeortisone respectively for 7 days. The right hind toe of each SD rat was injected subcutaneously with 0.1 ml of 1% carrageenin to induce acute inflammation model. The swelling degree of the rat's toe was measured by volumetric determinator, the concentration of nitric oxide was measured by reagent kit. Results The water extract physalis can lower the swelling degree of the rat' s toe induced by carrageenin, and it can decrease the content of nitric oxide. There is a positive correlation between the effect of anti - toe' s swelling of water extract Physalis and the role of lowering the content of nitric oxide. Conclusion Water extract Physalia has the effect of anti - inflammation, and that is correlated with the effect of lowering the content of nitric oxide.
