摘要
四川的城市化步伐正在加速,不少二级城市已经或即将跨入大城市的门槛。这些因素将对报纸发展的数量、规模、内涵和质量产生积极的正面的影响。总体上为二级城市报纸的大发展提供了很好的机遇。但同时也面临省城报纸扩张的威胁以及新媒体对受众的争夺所带来的巨大挑战。
A few secondary cities in Sichuan are developing into big cities with the speeding of urbanization, which will make a positive difference on the quantity, quality, scale, and connotation of the newspapers in these cities.The development of the secondary cities will afford the secondary city newspapers an opportunity to develop, but at the same time these secondary city newspapers will confront with big city newspapers＇ expansion and fight for consumers. Sichuan＇s secondary city newspapers can secure their survival and development with nothing other than reform and innovation, and the flourishing of Sichuan＇s newspapers at large depends heavily on the great advancement of secondary city newspapers.
