摘要
本项目旨在改进拉伸变形的生产控制,以求改进DTY(拉伸变形丝)的质量,减少损耗和昂贵的废料物。在生产中采用对运行长丝在线温度监测的方法应该可以提前发现变形丝染色性的差异。
The aim of the project was to improve the production control for draw-texturing. An improvement in yarn quality of DTY （draw-textured yarn） as well as the reduction of waste and expensive rejections were aspired. Differences in the dyeing of textured yarns should be detected already during production by means of Online temperature monitoring of the running yarn.
