摘要
在信息时代,信息环境的不同会导致读者在获取信息的方式上发生变化并存在个体差异。掌握充分和完整的用户信息是图书馆效能提升的关键因素。而实证研究是获取用户真实信息的有效途径和方法。本文根据库尔梭信息搜寻过程模型探究大学图书馆信息环境下用户信息搜寻过程以及所使用的各项资源,以进一步思考信息服务的提供模式以及信息利用教育的设计。
In information time, the differences of information environment will lead to changes for the readers＇ ways in obtaining information and exist individual differences. To grasp abundant and intact users＇ information is a key factor to promote the efficiency of the library, while positive research is an effective way and method to obtain users＇ true information. The article probed into users＇ information serarching courses and resource used in the information environmont of university library according to the model of Kuhlthau information searching course in order to further think offering models of information services and the designs of education to utilize information.
