摘要
针对低压大电流多路输出和应用磁放大器调节控制辅助输出电路的开关电源模块,提出一种新型的同步整流驱动电路,以提高该开关电源模块的效率.该电路通过采用电流互感器检测流过磁放大器的电流来优化控制辅助输出电路控制开关MOSFET管和同步整流开关MOSFET管的开通和关断的死区时间,使体二极管导通时间最小,将损耗降低到最小.建立如下参数实验室样机:输入电压:40~60V,输出电压5V,输出电流10A,开关频率200kHz,取得效率高达91%,验证了理论预期.
A new gate-driver scheme is proposed in this paper to improve the efficiency ofthe synchronous rectifiers combined with magnetic amplifier post regulating. The scheme optimizes the MOSFET tum-on and turn-off delays in synchronous rectifiers by using current transformer to measure the current that pass through the magnetic amplifier. The operation principle and experiment results are presented in this paper.
