摘要
目的通过全自动酶免分析仪与临床实验室信息系统(LIS)的信息化智能互动监控,建立全自动酶免分析仪自动加样信息采集与手工检测流程的信息化监控系统和实验过程节点监控,完善全自动酶免分析仪的自动化检测与手工流程互补,实现酶免分析仪可以进行随机组合项目自动化测定。方法全自动酶免分析仪读取标本条码后,标本加样及检测过程的所有相关信息通过串口和网口传送到LIS,实时对每个检测标本进行节点监控。当全自动酶免分析仪的后处理FAME发生任何故障时,用手工方法继续操作检测的结果可以通过LIS读取全自动酶免分析仪的加样信息后根据条码唯一属性准确无误地传送。结果成功建立了全自动酶免分析仪自动加样信息采集与手工检测流程的信息化监控系统和实验过程节点监控,解决了由于全自动酶免分析仪的后处理发生故障后的结果传送难题,并实现了酶免分析仪可以进行随机组合项目自动化测定。结论该信息化智能互动监控系统大大地提高了检测效率,尤其在当全自动酶免分析仪的后处理产生故障时,该系统能够通过标本条码的唯一性将随机组合项目的手工继续检测结果准确无误地传送,为临床和体检工作提供了高效、快速、准确的检验结果。
Objective To construct an information-based intelligent interactive monitoring system with a fully automated ELISA workstation and a clinical laboratory information system. Method Sample information was initially barcoded and stored in the LIS. Information from the ELISA workstation was real-time monitored by the LIS. In case of equipment malfunction, information retrieved from the LIS could be used for the manual operation of the workstation. Result An information-based intelligent interactive monitoring system was successfully constructed. The interactive system not only allows the switch between automatic and manual operation, it also overcomes the loss of data due to equipment breakdown. Conclusion The whole operation was real-time monitored and the efficiency of operation was greatly increased with the aid of the LIS. The bar coding system also increased the accuracy of sample analysis.
