摘要
中重度的智障儿童在不同程度上都伴有语言障碍，针对性的语言治疗对智障儿童的语言发展有补偿的作用。语言治疗是指通过各种手段对有语言障碍的患者进行针对性治疗，手段是语言训练或借助于交流替代设备如交流板，交流手册，手势语等等。由于智障儿童语言发展比正常孩子要晚，特别是中重度的智障儿童，他们都存在严重的语言障碍。从词汇少，口齿不清，理解语言但完全不会说话等等。本文主要针对中重度智障儿童的不同程度的语言障碍进行治疗。
The specific weight mental handicap child all is accompanied by the language barrier in varying degrees, the pointed language treatment has the compensation function to the mental handicap child＇s language development. The language treatment is refers thrbugh each method to has the language barrier patient to carry on the pointed treatment,the method is the language train- ing or draws support the exchange substitution equipment like exchange board, the exchange handbook, the sign language and so on. Because the mental handicap language of childhood development must be later than the normal child, specially the specific weight mental handicap child, they all has the serious language barrier. Are few from the glossary, but the enunciation is unclear, understands the language not to be able to speak completely and so on. This article mainly carries on the treatment in view of the specific weight mental handicap child＇s varying degree language barrier.
