摘要
在新形势下,政府和企业要及时更新发展理念,改变传统管理模式,携手创造引才、爱才、用才的良好氛围,为企业引进能经营、会管理、有一技之长的人才,实现企业专业化管理,引导企业迈向可持续发展道路,做到与时代接轨。
In this paper,the author holds the view that under the new situation the government and enterprise should renew the concept of development, change the traditional model of management in time and cooperate to create a good atmosphere of "introducing tulent,treasuring talent and making proper use of talent".Also the author tells us that in order to realize the specialization management of enterprise,lead the enterprise to the road of sustainable development,they should in troduce people who have special skills and can operate and manage.
