摘要
[目的]探讨提高临床护理教学查房质量的方法。[方法]2006年7月—2007年6月在外科实习的护生122人为实验组,2005年7月—2006年6月在外科实习的护生92人为对照组。对照组实施传统护理教学查房,实验组实施筛选并培训查房老师、专人专题查房、制订查房指引及进行多维教学查房评价等干预措施。[结果]对照组护生对教学查房质量满意为88.0%,实验组为95.1%;实验组多种护理教学查房调查评价及护生外科实习理论操作成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]护理教学查房系列干预措施使查房内容更深入、提高了护士查房的能力、使护理查房规范化,提高了护理教学查房质量。
Objective:To probe into methods of enhancing the quality of clinical teaching nursing rounds. Methods: A total of 122 nursing students who practiced in surgery department from July in 2006 to June in 2007 were selected as test group. And 92 nursing students who practiced in surgery department from July in 2005 to June in 2006 were selected as control group. Traditional clinical teaching nursing rounds was carried out for control group students. And intervention measures including screening and training nursing rounds teachers, special personnel giving round on special subject, working out round instructions and carrying out multidimensional evaluations on teaching nursing rounds were performed for test group students. Results: The satisfaction of control group students toward the quality of teaching nursing rounds was 88.0% ,and 95.1% in test group students. The performances of evaluation on different kinds of teaching nursing rounds and both surgical practice and theoretical operation were much higher than that of control group students (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The serial interventions of teaching nursing rounds make the content of rounds more deeply and enhance the ability of nurse rounds. It standardizes teaching nursing rounds and enhances the quality of teaching nursing rounds.
