摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜和电子探针分析等方法,对铍青铜棒在锻造过程中出现的开裂现象进行了分析。结果表明,铍青铜棒的开裂是由于锻坯原材料中存在较多的铜、钙的氧化物和硫化物等夹杂物造成的。锻坯原材料是控制铍青铜棒锻造质量的关键要素。
By means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopic and electron probe test, the cracking of forging beryllium-bronze bar was analyzed. The results show that the forging cracks results in present inclusions in the raw material which is the key to control the quality of the forging ingot.
