摘要
研究了A/O生物膜反应器的挂膜启动。好氧池内选用聚丙烯移动填料,缺氧池中放置半软性填料,污泥取自某市污水处理厂二沉池排出的剩余污泥,采用快速排泥法挂膜。经过40多天的培养,系统对污水的处理效果也随着生物膜的成熟逐渐提高和稳定,COD、NH3-N的去除率分别增加到73.6%和50%,表明反应器的挂膜启动过程完成。
The starting procedure of the A/O biofilm reactor was mainly studied in this paper. In aerobic tank the polypropylene floating packing was selected; in the anoxie tank, half soft padding was laid. The sludge was the excess sludge got from a city sewage treatment plant, and the fast sludge-remove method was used to start the biofilm reactor. After more than 40 days cultivation, the treatment effect of this system was also gradually enhanced along with the biofilm grown up. Results show that the removal ratio of COD and the NH4-N increases to 73.6% and 50%, respectively. It is shown that the starting procedure of biofilm reactor is completed.
