摘要
信息时代竞争力的关键不是实物资产或资源,而是知识。知识检索作为获取知识的途径,对个人或企业的生存与发展具有重要作用。本文对国外知识检索的定义、理论基础、技术工具、典型系统、研究热点进行了探讨,指出了研究的局限,并指明应进一步研究的问题。
In information age, the key of competence is not physical asets or resources, but knowledge. Knowledge Retrieval as a way to acquire knowledge plays an important role in the survival and development of the individuals or the enterprises. In this paper, the concept, theoretical foundation, technology tools, typical systems, the hot spots of knowledge retrieval in foreign countries are reviewed, and the limitations of the study are pointed out, several problems for future research are also identified through.
