摘要
专业标准是教师专业化的维度之一。教师教育信念是促进教师专业化发展的重要因素和内在动力。通过对中西教师专业标准的梳理和比较,发现我国教师存在着以教育信念为核心的内在规则的缺失。所以从外在标准到内在规则去建构教师专业标准成为中国教师专业化的根本维度。
Professional standard is one of teachers' professionalism's dimensions. Teacher s'educational belief are the important factors and inner power to protnote the teachers' professionalism development. By means of sorting out and contrasting Chinese and western teachers' professional standards, our national teachers are deficient in the core of inner rules,that is educational belief.So from outer standards to inner rules,constructing the teachers' professional standards becomes the basic dimension of Chinese teachers' nrofessionalism.
