摘要
目的:观察肝宝胶囊治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择100例脂肪肝患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组患者口服肝宝胶囊,对照组患者口服东宝肝泰,两组治疗12周后,观察比较其症状积分、肝功能、血脂及肝脏B超影像的变化。结果:治疗组改善临床症状总有效率为84%,肝脏B超影像总改善率76%,治疗后肝功能及血脂水平较治疗前明显降低(均为P<0.01);与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均未见严重的不良反应。结论:肝宝胶囊治疗脂肪肝有较好的临床疗效,无明显的副作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Ganbao capsule （GBC） on fatty liver. Methods： One hundred fatty liver patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases） . The treatment group were given GBC for 12 weeks. The control group were given Dongbaogantai （DBGT） for 12 weeks. Symptom score hepatic function, blood lipid and ultrasonographie image were be test pre and post treatment. Results： The total effective rate of symptom in the treatment group was 84%. The improvement rate of uhrasonographic image was 76% in the treatment group. Hepatic function and blood lipid were obviously improved （ P 〈 0. 01 ） after treatment as compared with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, The clinical adverse drug reaction （ADR） rates were no statistical difference between the tow groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： GBC has protective function on fatty liver patients and no obvious side effects were noted.
