摘要
管理学实验教学能促进学生对知识的掌握和能力的提高,其主要形式包括情景模拟,案例讨论,管理游戏,软件模拟,文案编写等等,管理学实验教学应以学生为主导,在教学内容选择上要有针对性及灵活性,同时要加强实验成绩考核,以提高学生的参与性和教学效果。
Experimental teaching for《Management Theory》can improve the knwledge structure and management talent of students. The main forms of experimental teaching include scenarios simulation, case discussion, management games, computer simulation and business file, etc.. In experimental teaching, students should be in the dominant position. the teaching arrangement is expected to be specialized and flexible according to the situation of students. Evaluation and assessment is necessary to enhance the participation of students and teaching effectiveness.
