摘要
目的:探讨眶隔脂肪分次释放、去除法在结膜入路下睑袋整形术中的应用。方法:切开结膜后,用1ml注射器接5号长针头紧贴眼眶下壁进针,分别向中、内、外三组眶隔脂肪方向各注射麻醉液1ml,然后再分次释放、去除眶隔脂肪。结果:本组75例受术者,女性65例,男性10例,经1～24个月随访,所有患者睑袋均得到平复,睑袋与眶下区皮肤自然过渡,没有不平坦现象,术后效果满意。结论:采用该方法后能迅速、准确地找到中、内、外三组眶隔脂肪,并能比较准确地估计去脂量。
Objective To investigate the application of orbital fat released and removed at times method in the lower eyelid blepharoplasty by transconjunctival route. Methods After conjunctival incision, inject lml aneasthetic liquid into the middle,inner and outer group of orbital fat along the lower orbital wall with the lml syringe with 5# a long needle, then released and removed at times orbital fat. Results This method has been used in 75 case （females 65,males 10）, which have obtained satisfied effects after 1 -24 moths following up, all lower eyelid bags has been well corrected and have a natural transition to facial. Conclusion The improvement on operative techniques can accurately and quickly find out the middle,inner and outer group of orbital fat and may estimate the quantity of the removed fat exactly.
